We demand honesty because we represent RE/MAX Mountain® Places and most importantly the public and the REALTOR® code of ethics.

Integrity is a virtue that is most important. Integrity does not't just apply to others but more importantly to ourselves. In order for us to exercise integrity with others we must first have personal integrity.

Professionalism must be applied inside and outside the office. Self education and designations are encouraged. Proper business appearance is expected.

Productivity ties in with professionalism. If any agent doesn't produce on a consistent basis then they are not trained properly and are not able to protect and properly give advise to their clientele. We train in the Buffini System where you will survive in any market. This is proven to be the most professional and consistent coaching program of its type.

Finally Financial Responsibility is important. We expect our agents to pay their bills and to pay others in a timely fashion. We have a 3 strikes and you are out value's policy. Any agent who violates these values on a consistent basis will be asked to leave.
